The lightweight and versatile ATOMIC Backland 85 ski touring skis are the ideal ski touring companion for beginners to advanced skiers. They are suitable for climbing mainly on slopes. They have excellent technical properties and a stylish design. The Ultra light Woodcore wooden core is made of very light exotic wood, which helps to achieve a low weight of the skis and better transfer of forces during rebound and sliding. The lightweight carbon Carbon Backbone construction, which runs along the entire length of the ski, provides excellent ski handling and high edge stability during descents. Fiberglass technology guarantees perfect torsional rigidity, which provides greater ski stability. The All Mountain Rocker profile together with horizontal rocker technology helps to pass the curve more smoothly. Thanks to the smaller tip deflection, the skis can easily handle fresh, untrodden snow and uneven terrain. The sidewall under the binding Cap Sidewall allows for better power transfer and better contact with the snow.
