The best way to restore the adhesive layer - we achieve 100% efficiency of the original Hotmelt adhesive. Can be done at home or in a service environment.
We recommend applying the glue to the cleaned surface of the loom (after removing the bad glue with a heat gun + spatula or an old iron).
It is better to use a wooden board wider and longer than the belt, attach the belt to the board, put paper under it and clean it.
We change the paper, stick the foil to the cleaned loom as adhesive tape and iron it for a reasonable amount of time with a clean iron - "LEN" temperature approx. 250 °C.
The transfer paper may turn slightly brown.
Let the belts cool down thoroughly - (depending on the ambient temperature) and then remove the transfer paper.
