The Oakley MOD1 PRO helmet is improved over the standard MOD1 helmet with an outer material Dura-Matter, designed to increase all-round durability while maintaining the same low-profile design as the MOD1. This skate-inspired helmet is always offered with the MIPS® brain protection system. The inner head insole is easily removable, well wicks away sweat and is of course washable. A firm and reliable fit is ensured by a magnetic Fidlock buckle.

Technology:

Dura - Matter - Oakley's most robust construction method using an extremely durable helmet shell, which is injected onto an EPS foam insert to create a perfect and strong connection. Dura-Matter is resistant to dents and shocks and offers the highest level of durability.
Skull Matrix - MIPS® and BOA® technologies are combined in this case into a unique functional system. Skull Matrix is designed to better fit the head and provide increased comfort for a better riding experience.
MIPS® - a brain protection system that reduces the risk of concussion from rotational forces caused by oblique impacts to the head.
BOA® 360 Fit - a fully adjustable internal adjustable headband system is designed to provide a precise fit of the helmet on the head.
TWICEME - a special twICEme® Medical ID NFC chip to store your medical information and emergency contacts so that first responders can immediately get the most important information.
Fidlock® Buckle - a magnetic safety buckle that easily closes and opens even with gloves.
Fixed Ventilation - fixed vents on the front of the helmet allow natural ventilation of glasses, while those on the top side of the helmet help keep the rider's head cool.
Polartec Power Grid - the inner head liner is easily removable, wicks away sweat well and is of course washable.
Removable inner liner and ear pads - the removable and washable inner liner including ear pads offer the freedom to customize the helmet configuration to your liking
