    The Swix Gunde ski cap was first introduced in 1974 as a marketing effort. The colorful stripes around the cap represented the palette of waxes at the time. The cap was named after the 6-time Olympic medalist, Swedish cross-country skier, Gunde Svan. Every fan of cross-country skiing will recognize this "retro" hat and is the perfect Christmas gift for any skier.
