Völkl Racetiger SC Yellow are agile, turning, yet stable and easy to control slalom skis. These properties were achieved by harmonizing several design elements into a perfectly functioning whole. The basis is the Multilayer Woodcore wood core reinforced with a Titanal Band. Easy start of the turn is enabled by the shape of the bend with a slightly raised tip Tip Rocker and the guidance along the edge is improved by the carbon reinforcement of the tips Tailored Carbon Tip to dampen unwanted vibrations. All this is enclosed in a fiberglass Mini Cap construction 3D Glass - 2x layers of fiberglass, folded in 3D at the tip and tail, which accelerates the skis when exiting the turn, making them livelier and holding them better on the edge. The Racetiger SC model comes with the new MARKER vMotion 12 GW binding. This combines modern technology, top MARKER safety standards, perfect power transfer (wider and lower placement on the ski) and easy adjustment to the boot size. The vMotion GW binding is fully compatible with downhill boots with Grip Walk soles.
